Flee Fornication
  • The lust of the flesh is a war of the mind and well worth overcoming. Contrary to secular teaching, it is imperative to flee fornication and not take it lightly as if it is not that bad of a sin. We are to walk after the Spirit which will keep us from all sin, especially fornication.

Gal 5:16

This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.

Gal 5:17

For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would.

Gal 5:18

But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law.

Gal 5:19

Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness,

Gal 5:20

Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies,

Gal 5:21

Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of Alahayim.

  • Rueben, the first born son of Jacob, and his brothers can attest to the necessity to flee fornication.

Testament of Rueben 3:1

Besides all these there is an eighth spirit of sleep, with which is brought about the trance of 2 3 nature and the image of death. With these spirits are mingled the spirits of error.] First, the spirit of fornication is seated in the nature and in the senses;

Testament of Rueben 4:6-11

Therefore, my children, I say unto you, observe all things whatsoever I command you, and ye shall not sin. For a pit unto the soul is the sin of fornication, separating it from Alahayim, and bringing it near to idols, because it deceiveth the mind and understanding, and leadeth young men into hades before their time. For many hath fornication destroyed; because, though a man be old or noble, or rich or poor, he bringeth reproach upon himself with the sons of men and derision with Beliar. For ye heard regarding Joseph how he guarded himself from a woman, and purged his thoughts from all fornication, and found favor in the sight of Alahayim and men. For the Egyptian woman did many things unto him, and summoned magicians, and offered him love potions, but the purpose of his soul admitted no evil desire. Therefore, the Alahayim of your fathers delivered him from every evil (and) hidden death. For if fornication overcomes not your mind, neither can Beliar overcome you.

Testament of Simeon 5:3

Beware, therefore, of fornication, For fornication is mother of all evils, Separating from Alahayim, and bringing near to Beliar.

Testament of Judah 14

1 And now, my children, I say unto you, be not drunk with wine; for wine turneth the mind away 2 from the truth, and inspires the passion of lust, and leadeth the eyes into error. For the spirit of fornication hath wine as a minister to give pleasure to the mind; for these two also take away the 3 mind of man. For if a man drink wine to drunkenness, it disturbeth the mind with filthy thoughts leading to fornication, and heateth the body to carnal union; and if the occasion of the lust be 4 present, he worketh the sin, and is not ashamed.

Testament of Judah 15

1 He that committeth fornication is not aware when he suffers loss, and is not ashamed when put 2 to dishonor. For even though a man be a king and commit fornication, he is stripped of his 3 kingship by becoming the slave of fornication, as I myself also suffered. For I gave my staff, that is, the stay of my tribe; and my girdle, that is, my power; and my diadem, that is, the glory of my 4 kingdom. And indeed I repented of these things; wine and flesh I eat not until my old age, nor 5 did I behold any joy. And the angel of Alahayim showed me that for ever do women bear rule over 6 king and beggar alike. And from the king they take away his glory, and from the valiant man his might, and from the beggar even that little which is the stay of his poverty.

Testament of Judah 18:2

2 Beware, therefore, my children, of fornication, and the love of money, and hearken to Judah your father. 3 For these things withdraw you from the law of Alahayim, And blind the inclination of the soul, And teach arrogance, And suffer not a man to have compassion upon his neighbor 4 They rob his soul of all goodness, And oppress him with toils and troubles, And drive away sleep from him, And devour his flesh. 5 And he hindereth the sacrifices of Alahayim; And he remembereth not the blessing of Alahayim, He hearkeneth not to a prophet when he speaketh, And resenteth the words of holiness. 6 For he is a slave to two contrary passions, And cannot obey Alahayim, Because they have blinded his soul, And he walketh in the day as in the night.

  • Through the conquering of fornication in the mind one can overcome any temptation the Devil brings!

Testament of Rueben 5:1-6

1 For evil are women, my children; and since they have no power or strength over man, they use wiles by outward attractions, that they may draw him to themselves. And whom they cannot bewitch by outward attractions, him they overcome by craft. For moreover, concerning them, the angel of AHAYAH told me, and taught me, that women are overcome by the spirit of fornication more than men, and in their heart they plot against men; and by means of their adornment they deceive first their minds, and by the glance of the eye instill the poison, and then through the accomplished act they take them captive. For a woman cannot force a man openly, but by a harlot’s bearing she beguiles him. Flee, therefore, fornication, my children, and command your wives and your daughters, that they adorn not their heads and faces to deceive the mind: because every woman who useth these wiles hath been reserved for eternal punishment.

  • Teach men and women not to beautify themselves to deceive the mind of anyone else. There is no sin in beautifying one's self in general uprightly, but if one's heart's intent is to bewitch by outward attractions and deceive the mind of another then it is a sin and there is punishment that awaits anyone who sins in this manner.

Apocalypse of Peter 7

"...And again behold two women: they hang them up by their neck and by their hair; they shall cast them into the pit. These are those who plaited their hair, not to make themselves beautiful but to turn them to fornication, that they might ensnare the souls of men to perdition. And the men who lay with them in fornication shall be hung by their loins in that place of fire; and they shall say one to another, 'We did not know that we should come to everlasting punishment.'

  • The vision of Paul’s trip to Hades sheds light on punishments for adultery and fornication. Thomas also has a woman give account when she went to hell to see the reward of fornication.

Apocalypse of Paul 38

“…..And again I saw men and women of a very black countenance in a pit of fire, and I sighed and wept and asked: Who are these, Adonoye? And he said unto me: These are whoremongers and adulterers who, having wives of their own, committed adultery, and likewise the women after the same sort committed adultery, having their own husbands: therefore do they pay the penalty without ceasing. “

39 And I saw there girls clad in black raiment, and four fearful angels holding in their hands red-hot chains, and they put them upon their necks (heads) and led them away into darkness. And again I wept and asked the angel: Who are these, Adonoye? And he said unto me: These are they which being virgins defiled their virginity, and their parents knew it not: wherefore without ceasing they pay the due penalty.

Acts of Thomas 56

“And he brought me to another chasm, and as I looked into it I saw mud and worms spouting forth, and souls wallowing there; and I heard a great gnashing of teeth come from them. And that man said to me, “these are the souls of women who left their husbands to commit adultery with others and have been brought to this torment….”

  • Paul goes on to implore the brethren to give up fleshly desires in sacrifice to the service of the Most High Ahayah.

Rom 12:1

I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of Alahayim, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto Alahayim, which is your reasonable service.

Rom 12:2

And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of Alahayim.

  • Admonitions against fornication or keeping company with women.

Sir 26:9

The whoredom of a woman may be known in her haughty looks, and eye lids.

Sir 9:3

Meet not with an harlot, least thou fall into her snares.

Sir 9:4

Use not much the company of a woman that is a singer, least thou be taken with her attempts.

Sir 9:5

Gaze not on a maid, that thou fall not by those things, that are precious in her.

Sir 9:6

Give not thy soul unto harlots, that thou loose not thine inheritance.

Sir 9:7

Look not round about thee, in the streets of the city, neither wander thou in the solitary places thereof.

Sir 9:8

Turn away thine eye from a beautiful woman, and look not upon another’s beauty: for many have been deceived by the beauty of a woman, for herewith love is kindled as a fire.

Sir 9:9

Sit not at all with another mans wife, nor sit down with her in thine arms, and spend not thy money with her at the wine, least thine heart incline unto her, and so thorough thy desire thou fall into destruction.

  • Sirach is a book out of the Apocrypha that expounds on how a fool doesn’t take heed to the judgement that will come upon us all.

Sirach (Ecclesiasticus) 18:27

A wise man will fear in everything, and in the day of sinning he will beware of offense: but a fool will not observe time.

 {18:28}

Every man of understanding knoweth wisdom, and will give praise unto him that found her.

{18:29}

They that were of understanding in sayings became also wise themselves, and poured forth exquisite parables.

 {18:30}

Go not after thy lusts, but refrain thyself from thine appetites.

{18:31}

If thou givest thy soul the desires that please her, she will make thee a laughingstock to thine enemies that malign thee.

  • The will of Ahayah is to flee fornication. The lustful society we live in is one of the enemy that has been amplified by the control that the devil has on the media and secular philosophy of life. It is not the lifestyle that the Most High wants us to live.

1Th 4:3

For this is the will of Alahayim, even your sanctification, that ye should abstain from fornication:

1Th 4:4

That every one of you should know how to possess his vessel in sanctification and honor;

1Th 4:5

Not in the lust of concupiscence, even as the Gentiles which know not Alahayim:

1Co 6:15

Know ye not that your bodies are the members of Meshiyacha? shall I then take the members of Meshiyacha, and make them the members of an harlot? Alahayim forbid.

1Co 6:16

What? know ye not that he which is joined to an harlot is one body? for two, saith he, shall be one flesh.

1Co 6:17

But he that is joined unto AHAYAH is one spirit.

1Co 6:18

Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body.

1Co 6:19

What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Qadoshi Ruwacha which is in you, which ye have of Alahayim, and ye are not your own?

1Co 6:20

For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify Alahayim in your body, and in your spirit, which are Alahayim's.

  • We know that Alahayim exist, so we are without excuse to blaspheme the image that he made us in by having relations with another's wife, a man that is not your husband, or unnatural affections like same kind, child, or animal relations.

Rom 1:20

For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Alahayim; so that they are without excuse:

Rom 1:21

Because that, when they knew Alahayim, they glorified him not as Alahayim, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.

Rom 1:22

Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,

Rom 1:23  And changed the glory of the uncorruptible Alahayim into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.

Rom 1:24

Wherefore Alahayim also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonor their own bodies between themselves:

Rom 1:25

Who changed the truth of Alahayim into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.

Rom 1:26

For this cause Alahayim gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:

Rom 1:27

And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.

Rom 1:28

And even as they did not like to retain Alahayim in their knowledge, Alahayim gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;

Barnabas 19:4

Thou shalt not commit fornication, thou shalt not commit adultery, thou shalt not corrupt boys

  • The destruction of the forefathers in the wilderness with Moses was an example of all the things one ought not to do. There is no new temptation that people are facing today and Ahayah always makes a way for one to escape them.

1Co 10:1

Moreover, brethren, I would not that ye should be ignorant, how that all our fathers were under the cloud, and all passed through the sea;

1Co 10:2

And were all baptized unto Moses in the cloud and in the sea;

1Co 10:3

And did all eat the same spiritual meat;

1Co 10:4

And did all drink the same spiritual drink: for they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them: and that Rock was Meshiyacha.

1Co 10:5

But with many of them Alahayim was not well pleased: for they were overthrown in the wilderness.

1Co 10:6

Now these things were our examples, to the intent we should not lust after evil things, as they also lusted.

1Co 10:7

Neither be ye idolaters, as were some of them; as it is written, The people sat down to eat and drink, and rose up to play.

1Co 10:8

Neither let us commit fornication, as some of them committed, and fell in one day three and twenty thousand.

1Co 10:11

Now all these things happened unto them for ensamples: and they are written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the world are come.

1Co 10:12

Wherefore let him that thinketh he standeth take heed lest he fall.

1Co 10:13

There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but Alahayim is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.

  • Keep in mind, we reap what we sow, so with the afterlife in mind, live as if one wants to have everlasting life.

Gal 6:7

Be not deceived; Alahayim is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.

Gal 6:8

For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.

Gal 6:9

And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.

  • If we follow Ahayah Alahayim by having faith in Yache Meshiyacha, keeping the commandments, and love in the fruits of the Spirit, he will reward us in due time!

Deu 7:9

Know therefore that AHAYAH thy Alahayim, he is Alahayim, the faithful Alahayim, which keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love him and keep his commandments to a thousand generations;

Deu 7:10

And repayeth them that hate him to their face, to destroy them: he will not be slack to him that hateth him, he will repay him to his face.

Deu 7:11

Thou shalt therefore keep the commandments, and the statutes, and the judgments, which I command thee this day, to do them.

Deu 7:12

Wherefore it shall come to pass, if ye hearken to these judgments, and keep, and do them, that AHAYAH thy Alahayim shall keep unto thee the covenant and the mercy which he sware unto thy fathers:

Deu 7:13

And he will love thee, and bless thee, and multiply thee: he will also bless the fruit of thy womb, and the fruit of thy land, thy corn, and thy wine, and thine oil, the increase of thy kine, and the flocks of thy sheep, in the land which he sware unto thy fathers to give thee.

Deu 7:14

Thou shalt be blessed above all people: there shall not be male or female barren among you, or among your cattle.

Deu 7:15

And AHAYAH will take away from thee all sickness, and will put none of the evil diseases of Egypt, which thou knowest, upon thee; but will lay them upon all them that hate thee.

  • Love will always lead us on the right path to be free of, not only fornication, but all sin.

2Pe 1:1

Simon Peter, a servant and an apostle of Yache Meshiyacha, to them that have obtained like precious faith with us through the righteousness of Alahayim and our Savior Yache Meshiyacha:

2Pe 1:2

Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of Alahayim, and of Yache our Adonoye,

2Pe 1:3

According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and holiness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue:

2Pe 1:4

Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.

2Pe 1:5

And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge;

2Pe 1:6

And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience holiness;

2Pe 1:7

And to holiness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity.

2Pe 1:8

For if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Adonoye Yache Meshiyacha.

2Pe 1:9

But he that lacketh these things is blind, and cannot see afar off, and hath forgotten that he was purged from his old sins.

2Pe 1:10

Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never fall:

2Pe 1:11

For so an entrance shall be ministered unto you abundantly into the everlasting kingdom of our Adonoye and Savior Yache Meshiyacha.

2Pe 1:12

Wherefore I will not be negligent to put you always in remembrance of these things, though ye know them, and be established in the present truth.

  • In the battle of flesh and Spirit, when the spirit overcomes the flesh, we will always be on the right path and in the body of Meshiyacha.

Gal 5:22

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,

Gal 5:23

Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.

Gal 5:24

And they that are Meshiyacha's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts.

Gal 5:25

If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.

Gal 5:26

Let us not be desirous of vain glory, provoking one another, envying one another.

  • We admonish dear brothers and sisters in the spirit of meekness that we may present all perfect in Meshiyacha Yache.

Col 1:28

Whom we preach, warning every man, and teaching every man in all wisdom; that we may present every man perfect in Meshiyacha Yache:

  • Be encouraged, for there is no temptation that Yache himself did not face.

1Co 10:13

There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but Alahayim is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.

Heb 4:14

Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Yache the Son of Alahayim, let us hold fast our profession.

Heb 4:15

For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.

Heb 4:16

Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.

  • Love in righteousness overcometh all evil.

1Co 13:4

Charity suffereth long, and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up,

Rom 12:3

For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as Alahayim hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.

Rom 12:16

Be of the same mind one toward another. Mind not high things, but condescend to men of low estate. Be not wise in your own conceits.

  • Admonitions to overcome fornication

Rueben 6

1 Beware, therefore, of fornication; and if you wish to be pure in mind, guard your senses from every

2 woman. And command the women likewise not to associate with men, that they also may be pure

3 in mind. For constant meetings, even though the unholy deed be not wrought, are to them an

4 irremediable disease, and to us a destruction of Beliar and an eternal reproach. For in fornication

5 there is neither understanding nor holiness, and all jealousy dwelleth in the lust thereof.

Testament of Benjamin 8

1 And do ye, my children, flee evil-doing, envy, and hatred of brethren, and cleave to goodness

2 and love. He that hath a pure mind in love, looketh not after a woman with a view to fornication; for he hath no defilement in his heart, because the Spirit of Alahayim resteth upon him.

3 For as the sun is not defiled by shining on dung and mire, but rather drieth up both and driveth away the evil smell; so also the pure mind, though encompassed by the defilements of earth, rather cleanseth (them) and is not itself defiled.

1Co 7:1

Now concerning the things whereof ye wrote unto me: It is good for a man not to touch a woman.

1Co 7:2

Nevertheless, to avoid fornication, let every man have his own wife, and let every woman have her own husband.

1Co 7:3

Let the husband render unto the wife due benevolence: and likewise also the wife unto the husband.

1Co 7:4

The wife hath not power of her own body, but the husband: and likewise also the husband hath not power of his own body, but the wife.

1Co 7:5

Defraud ye not one the other, except it be with consent for a time, that ye may give yourselves to fasting and prayer; and come together again, that Satan tempt you not for your incontinency.

Shepard of Hermas Mandate 4

1[29]:1 "I charge thee, "saith he, "to keep purity, and let not a thought enter into thy heart concerning another's wife, or concerning fornication, or concerning any such like evil deeds; for in so doing thou commitest a great sin. But remember thine own wife always, and thou shalt never go wrong.

1[29]:2 For should this desire enter into thine heart, thou wilt go wrong, and should any other as evil as this, thou commitest sin. For this desire in a servant of Alahayim is a great sin; and if any man doeth this evil deed, he worketh out death for himself.

1[29]:3 Look to it therefore. Abstain from this desire; for, where holiness dwelleth, there lawlessness ought not to enter into the heart of a righteous man."

  • Be mindful it is better to have not known the truth than to know it and turn back to old habits.

2Pe 2:20

For if after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of AHAYAH and Savior Yache Meshiyacha, they are again entangled therein, and overcome, the latter end is worse with them than the beginning.

2Pe 2:21

For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, after they have known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them.

2Pe 2:22

But it is happened unto them according to the true proverb, The dog is turned to his own vomit again; and the sow that was washed to her wallowing in the mire.

  • Escape the snares of the world and fight the ight of faith.

1Pe 4:14

If ye be reproached for the name of Meshiyacha, happy are ye; for the spirit of glory and of Alahayim resteth upon you: on their part he is evil spoken of, but on your part he is glorified.
