Are Abortions Lawful?
Exodus 20:13
Thou shalt not kill.
Barnabas 19:5
Thou shalt not murder a child by abortion, nor again shalt thou kill it when it is born.
-
There are punishments in the place of torments for these transgressions:
The Killing of Children After They Are Born
Apocalypse of Paul 40
And I observed and saw other men and women on an obelisk of fire, and beasts tearing them in pieces, and they were not allowed to say, Lord have pity on us! And I saw the angel of penalties putting heavy punishments on them and saying: Acknowledge the Son of Alahayim; for this was predicted to you, when the divine Scriptures were read to you, and you did not attend; for which cause Alahayim's judgment is just, for your actions have apprehended you and brought you into these penalties. But I sighed and wept, and I asked and said: Who are these men and women who are strangled in fire and pay their penalties? And he answered me: These are women who defiled the image of Alahayim when bringing forth infants out of the womb, and these are the men who lay with them. And their infants addressed the Lord Alahayim and the angels who were set over the punishments, saying: Cursed be the hour to our parents, for they defiled the image of Alahayim, having the name of Alahayim but not observing His precepts: they gave us for food to dogs and to be trodden down of swine: others they threw into the river.
-
After being born, the children were sacrificed and some abused and some thrown and killed in the river.
But their infants were handed over to the angels of Tartarus who were set over the punishments, that they might lead them to a wide place of mercy: but their fathers and mothers were tortured in a perpetual punishment.
Killing Children Though Married
-
killing children by some means though married is also worthy of punishment:
Acts of Thomas 54
And the apostle said to her,” Tell us where you have been.” And she answered, “do you, who were with me, to whom also I was entrusted wish to hear?” and she commenced thus, “an ugly-looking man, entirely black received me; and his clothing was exceedingly filthy. And he took me to a place where there were many chasms, and a great stench and most hateful vapour were given forth thence. And he made me to look into each chasm, and in the first I saw blazing fire, and fiery wheels running, and souls were hung upon these wheels, dashing against each other. And there was crying and great lamentation and no Savior was there. And that man said to me, “These souls are akin to you, and in the days of reckoning they were delivered to punishment and destruction. And then others are brought in their stead; in like manner all these are again succeeded by others. There are they who perverted the intercourse of man and wife.’ And again I looked down and saw infants heaped upon each other, struggling and lying upon each other. And he said to me, ‘these are their children, and for this they are placed here for a testimony against them.’
Apocalypse of Peter 8
And near by this flame shall be a pit, great and very deep, and into it floweth from above all manner of torment, foulness, and issue. And women are swallowed up therein up to their necks and tormented with great pain. These are they that have caused their children to be born untimely, and have corrupted the work of Alahayim that created them. Over against them shall be another place where sit their children [both] alive, and they cry unto Alahayim. And flashes (lightnings) go forth from those children and pierce the eyes of them that for fornication's sake have caused their destruction. Other men and women shall stand above them, naked; and their children stand over against them in a place of delight, and sigh and cry unto Alahayim because of their parents, saying: These are they that have despised and cursed and transgressed thy commandments and delivered us unto death: they have cursed the angel that formed us, and have hanged us up, and withheld from us the light which thou hast given unto all creatures. And the milk of their mothers flowing from their breasts shall congeal, and from it shall come beasts devouring flesh, which shall come forth and turn and torment them for ever with their husbands, because they forsook the commandments of Alahayim and slew their children. As for their children, they shall be delivered unto the angel Temlakos (i.e. a care-taking angel). And they that slew them shall be tormented eternally, for Alahayim willeth it so
-
The women and their husbands, though married, were only having intercourse to fulfill the pleasure of it without the desire for children in procreation by evidence of killing their children by some means anytime they had a pregnancy come up in their relationship. This manner of acting in a marriage to have intercourse without the desire for children and slaying one's children (whether by abortion, untimely births, or killing it after it is born) falls under the category of fornication though married as their works were in the love of pleasure to sin against the law of Alahayim. They corrupted the procreation and birthing process that Alahayim ordained for the forming of children in the womb by some means of causing the child to die. By these means, the work of Alahayim was corrupted as He gave us the power of procreation and intercourse in wedlock to be fruitful and multiply as He commanded.
The Abortion of Children Conceived out of Wedlock
Apocalypse of Peter 1:26
And hard by that place I saw another strait place wherein the discharge and the stench of them that were in torment ran down, and there was as it were a lake there. And there sat women up to their necks in that liquor, and over against them many children which were born out of due time sat crying: and from them went forth rays of fire and smote the women in the eyes: and these were they that conceived out of wedlock and caused abortion.
-
Children out of wedlock are unseemly for the servants of Alahayim:
Sir 23:18, 21-26
A man that breaketh wedlock, saying thus in his heart, Who seeth me? I am compassed about with darkness, the walls cover me, and no body seeth me; what need I to fear? the most High will not remember my sins: 21 This man shall be punished in the streets of the city, and where he suspecteth not he shall be taken. 22 Thus shall it go also with the wife that leaveth her husband, and bringeth in an heir by another. 23 For first, she hath disobeyed the law of the most High; and secondly, she hath trespassed against her own husband; and thirdly, she hath played the whore in adultery, and brought children by another man. 24 She shall be brought out into the congregation, and inquisition shall be made of her children. 25 Her children shall not take root, and her branches shall bring forth no fruit. 26 She shall leave her memory to be cursed, and her reproach shall not be blotted out.

There is the opportunity for the sins of ignorance:
Num 15:22-23, 27-28
And if ye have erred, and not observed all these commandments, which Ahayah hath spoken unto Moses, 23 Even all that Ahayah hath commanded you by the hand of Moses, from the day that Ahayah commanded Moses, and henceforward among your generations; 27 And if any soul sin through ignorance, then he shall bring a she goat of the first year for a sin offering. 28 And the priest shall make an atonement for the soul that sinneth ignorantly, when he sinneth by ignorance before Ahayah, to make an atonement for him; and it shall be forgiven him.
-
Yache is our high priest who makes intercession for us not to be condemned:
Hebrews 9:24
24 For Christ is not entered into the holy places made with hands, which are the figures of the true; but into heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of Alahayim for us:
Hebrews 7:25
Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto Alahayim by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them.
-
Through his offering we can be delivered from our former transgressions by his prayers for us:
Rom 8:34
Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of Alahayim, who also maketh intercession for us.
-
This salvation is for all men for sins of ignorance:
Num 15:29
Ye shall have one law for him that sinneth through ignorance, both for him that is born among the children of Israel, and for the stranger that sojourneth among them.
-
Presumptuous sin with knowledge of the truth is a different matter:
Num 15:30-31
But the soul that doeth ought presumptuously, whether he be born in the land, or a stranger, the same reproacheth Ahayah; and that soul shall be cut off from among his people. 31 Because he hath despised the word of Ahayah, and hath broken his commandment, that soul shall utterly be cut off; his iniquity shall be upon him.
Hebrews 10:26-31
For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins, 27 But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries. 28 He that despised Moses' law died without mercy under two or three witnesses: 29 Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of Alahayim, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace? 30 For we know him that hath said, Vengeance belongeth unto me, I will recompense, saith the Lord. And again, The Lord shall judge his people. 31 It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living Alahayim.
