Laws of Uncleanness: Child Birth

The Laws for Purification after childbirth are as follow:

  • A male: (Number the days from the first time the sun goes down AFTER the child is born).

    • 7 days in the SEPARATION for the blood of her infirmity Lev 12:2;15:19-24 {reference the Issue of blood tab.} The laws of Separation in Lev 15:19-24 apply.

    • Circumcise on 8th day (This is the covenant for the children of Israel and must be kept [Genesis 17:9-14]. The Gentiles have been given no such commandment to be saved, [Acts 15:24] so they are not obligated to perform this law.)

    • Name the male child on the 8th day. [Luke 1:59-63;2:21]

    • 33 days in the blood of her purifying. (She still is unclean and cant touch the holy things or enter the sanctuary, but she cannot defile anything or anyone during her purifying.)

  • A female: (Number the days from the first time the sun goes down AFTER the child is born).

    • 14 days in the SEPARATION for the blood of her infirmity. Lev 12:5;15:19-24

    • No law concerning when she is to be named.

    • 66 days in the blood of her purifying. (She still is unclean and cant touch the holy things or enter the sanctuary, but she cannot defile anything or anyone while in her purifying.)

laws pertaining to the Holy things and Sacrifices

  • While the woman is in separation for the blood of her infirmity (menstruation) and the blood of purifying for the allotted times of 40-80 days, she cannot touch the Holy things, but she can eat of the food prepared at home on the feast days. Since that food is not from the sacrifices done at Jerusalem, the clean and unclean can eat of it alike, [Deut 12:20-23] so long as they don't eat the blood.

Lev 12:4

And she shall then continue in the blood of her purifying three and thirty days; she shall touch no hallowed thing, nor come into the sanctuary, until the days of her purifying be fulfilled

  • Regular cooked food at home for normal days or feast days:

Deu 12:20

When the LORD thy Alahayim shall enlarge thy border, as he hath promised thee, and thou shalt say, I will eat flesh, because thy soul longeth to eat flesh; thou mayest eat flesh, whatsoever thy soul lusteth after.
Deu 12:21

If the place which the LORD thy Alahayim hath chosen to put his name there be too far from thee, then thou shalt kill of thy herd and of thy flock, which the LORD hath given thee, as I have commanded thee, and thou shalt eat in thy gates whatsoever thy soul lusteth after.
Deu 12:22

Even as the roebuck and the hart is eaten, so thou shalt eat them: the unclean and the clean shall eat of them alike.
Deu 12:23

Only be sure that thou eat not the blood: for the blood is the life; and thou mayest not eat the life with the flesh.

  • Law of Peace offerings:

Lev 7:20

But the soul that eateth of the flesh of the sacrifice of peace offerings, that pertain unto the LORD, having his uncleanness upon him, even that soul shall be cut off from his people.
Lev 7:21

Moreover the soul that shall touch any unclean thing, as the uncleanness of man, or any unclean beast, or any abominable unclean thing, and eat of the flesh of the sacrifice of peace offerings, which pertain unto the LORD, even that soul shall be cut off from his people.

Laws of Social distancing

  •  She cannot enter the Sanctuary so that she may spend the time at home recovering and bonding with her child.

Lev 12:4

And she shall then continue in the blood of her purifying three and thirty days; she shall touch no hallowed thing, nor come into the sanctuary, until the days of her purifying be fulfilled

  • Due to this uncleanness,  she can be around the members of the congregation again, so long as she is not entering into the sanctuary for the allotted time as the law states:

Lev 12:2

Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, If a woman have conceived seed, and born a man child: then she shall be unclean seven days; according to the days of the separation  for her infirmity shall she be unclean. (during the 7 days the law of separation applies, which can be further understood in the “issue of blood” segment.)

Lev 12:5

But if she bear a maid child, then she shall be unclean  two weeks, as in her separation: and she shall continue in the blood of her purifying threescore and six days. (during the 14 days the law of separation applies, which can be further understood in the “issue of blood” segment.)

  • She is rendered unclean because of her blood flow, which symbolizes iniquity.

Wis 7:2

And in my mothers womb was fashioned to be flesh in the time of ten months being compacted in blood, of the seed of man, and the pleasure that came with sleep.

Psa 51:5

Behold, I was shapen in iniquity; and in sin did my mother conceive me. (the iniquity is referring to the blood.)

  • The Laws of separation for the blood of infirmity are the same as the laws of separation for an Issue of Blood: Lev 15:19-24

Please refer to the "issue of blood" tab for understanding on the laws for the first 7 days after bearing a male child and the 14 days after bearing a female child.

  1. After the days of her seperation for a male, on the 8th day the male child of the house of Israel must be circumcised and named (even if the name was revealed prior to that day as was in the case of Yache the Christ.) He cannot come to the sanctuary until the 40 days are complete.

Lev 12:3

And in the eighth day the flesh of his foreskin shall be circumcised.

Gen 21:4

And Abraham circumcised his son Isaac being eight days old, as Alahayim had commanded him.

Luk 1:59

And it came to pass, that on the eighth day they came to circumcise the child; and they called him Zacharias, after the name of his father.

  • Example of 8th day name revelation even though the name was foretold:

Luk 2:21

And when eight days were accomplished for the circumcising of the child, his name was called YACHE, which was so named of the angel before he was conceived in the womb.

Understanding the Blood of Her Purifying

  • 33 for male, 66 for female.

Lev 12:4

And she shall then continue in the blood of her purifying three and thirty days; she shall touch no hallowed thing, nor come into the sanctuary, until the days of her purifying be fulfilled.

Lev 12:5

But if she bear a maid child, then she shall be unclean two weeks, as in her separation: and she shall continue in the blood of her purifying threescore and six days

There is a difference for the law of "the blood of her purifying" from the of law of the separation for the blood of her infirmity. The differences are as follows:

  • During the blood of her purifying, she is no longer utterly polluted to the extent that she can’t touch anyone. She is still unclean from entering the Sanctuary, but not from being around people. She can touch the family and the baby without anyone being defiled by her touching them after the initial days of separation are complete (7 days-male, 14 days-female).

  • During the initial separation of 7 days for a male and 14 days for a female, the child becomes unclean from the mother's physical touch, but the child cannot defile anyone. During the time of the blood of the mother's purifying on the other hand, the baby is not unclean from the mother's touch.

  • After the Blood of her Purification is complete, she can enter the sanctuary, touch the holy things, and eat of  the sacrifices of peace offerings if they were still being performed at Jerusalem.

Lev 12:6

And when the days of her purifying are fulfilled, for a son, or for a daughter, she shall bring a lamb of the first year for a burnt offering, and a young pigeon, or a turtledove, for a sin offering, unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, unto the priest:

Luk 2:22

And when the days of her purification according to the law of Moses were accomplished, they brought him to Jerusalem, to present him to AHAYAH;

Luk 2:23

(As it is written in the law of AHAYAH, Every male that openeth the womb shall be called holy to AHAYAH;)

Lev 12:7

Who shall offer it before AHAYAH, and make an atonement for her; and she shall be cleansed from the issue of her blood. This is the law for her that hath born a male or a female.

Lev 12:8

And if she be not able to bring a lamb, then she shall bring two turtles, or two young pigeons; the one for the burnt offering, and the other for a sin offering: and the priest shall make an atonement for her, and she shall be clean.

Luk 2:24

And to offer a sacrifice according to that which is said in the law of AHAYAH, A pair of turtledoves, or two young pigeons.

These are the offerings we shall offer:

the sacrifices of righteousness that are offered: the offering of praise, obedience to the law, and prayers of incense unto Ahayah as is fitting to make propitiation

1Pe 2:5

Ye also, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to Alahayim by Yache Meshiyacha.

Sir 35:1

He that keepeth the law, bringeth offerings enough: he that taketh heed to the commandments, offereth a peace offering.

Sir 35:2  He that requiteth a good turn, offereth fine flour: and he that giveth alms, sacrificeth praise.

Sir 35:3  To depart from wickedness is a thing pleasing to AHAYAH: and to forsake unrighteousness, is a propitiation

Psa 50:14

Offer unto Alahayim thanksgiving; and pay thy vows unto the Most High:

Heb 13:15

By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to Alahayim continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name.

The history of how this law was implemented

It started with Adam and Eve. The Angel of the presence told Moses the History in the book of Jubilees.

Jubilees 3:6

And AHAYAH our Alahayim caused a deep sleep to fall upon him, and he slept, and He took for the woman one rib from amongst his ribs, and this rib was the origin of the woman from amongst his ribs, and He built up the flesh in its stead, and built the woman.

Jubilees 3:7

And He awaked Adam out of his sleep and on awaking he rose on the sixth day, and He brought her to him, and he knew her, and said to her: 'This is now bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh; she shall be called [my] wife; because she was taken from her husband.'

Jubilees 3:8

In the first week was Adam created, and the rib his wife: in the second week He showed her unto him: and for this reason the commandment was given to keep in their defilement, for a male seven days, and for a female twice seven days. (So Adam was made in the first week, but the woman was made and shown to him on the 6th day of the second week. This gives us understanding as to why the separation period is ordained for males 7 dasy and females 14 days.)

Jubilees 3:9

And after Adam had completed forty days in the land where he had been created, we brought him into the Garden of Eden to till and keep it, but his wife they brought in on the eightieth day, and after this she entered into the garden of Eden.

Jubilees 3:10

And for this reason the commandment is written on the heavenly tablets in regard to her that gives birth: 'If she bears a male, she shall remain in her uncleanness seven days according to the first week of days, and thirty and three days shall she remain in the blood of her purifying, and she shall not touch any Holy thing, nor enter into the sanctuary, until she accomplishes these days which (are enjoined) in the case of a male child. (Here we see this law is actually on the heavenly tablets because the laws are eternal.)

Jubilees 3:11

But in the case of a female child she shall remain in her uncleanness two weeks of days, according to the first two weeks, and sixty-six days in the blood of her purification, and they will be in all eighty days.'

Jubilees 3:12

And when she had completed these eighty days we brought her into the garden of Eden, for it is most Holy than all the earth besides and every tree that is planted in it is Holy.

Jubilees 3:13

Therefore, there was ordained regarding her who bears a male or a female child the statute of those days that she should touch no holy thing, nor enter into the sanctuary until these days for the male or female child are accomplished.

Jubilees 3:14

This is the Law and testimony which was written down for Israel, in order that they should observe it all the days.

Understanding the Childbirth Process

According to scripture, the woman has to fulfill the covenant of bearing children in the sorrow of her conception for her salvation, so the woman has to complete the birthing process without the unlawful drugs (witchcraft) of the modern day medical industry. Natural remedies like drinking Castor oil or eating eggplant to induce labor is righteous. It is also righteous to increase one's diet in the necessary essential herbs for pregnancy, but one has to be mindful of the drugs that are offered at the hospitals and at the referrals of the physicians who are not aware or considerate of the fear of Alahayim. One cannot defile one's temple, so be diligent. One is not in need of a c-section seeing as though one has to complete the birthing process naturally to fulfill the covenant of Alahayim for the woman. One cannot get a c-section because the sorcery (morphine and etc) the physician needs to give a person to perform a c-section will cause the person to transgress the faith and defile one's temple. Secondly, one cannot get a c-section  because one will not fulfill the covenant for the woman to be saved in childbearing according to the testimonies and by doing so one will still be in reproach and bear one's iniquity. The birthing process is a time to exercise faith in Ahayah Alahayim as all the women of old have done. There is no account of the righteous women having c-sections to bear children nor taking drugs. The covenant from the fall of man for the woman was for her to go through this birthing process and make a covenant with Alahayim in which she shall be saved in if she keeps the covenant which she has made with Alahayim. The scriptures show that the women, in that one hour when she comes to the birth, will lose her life through the trouble and anguish of her soul. During that time, she will make an oath with Alahayim to save her and she would not return to her sins of the flesh. It is needful for the woman to come to this hour of birth because it is by that covenant that Ahayah will judge her , hence Paul attested that the women shall e e saved in childbearing if they continue in faith, charity, and holiness with sobriety,

Apocalypse of Moses

"And Adonoye turned to me and said: '
Since thou hast hearkened to the serpent, and turned a deaf ear to my

commandment, thou shalt be in throes of travail and intolerable agonies; thou shalt bear children in much trembling, and in one hour thou shalt come to the birth, and lose thy life, from thy sore trouble and anguish. But thou shalt confess and say: “Adonoye, Adonoye, save me, and I will turn no more to the sin of the flesh." And on this account, from thine own words I will judge thee, by reason of the enmity which the enemy has

planted in thee.' (Wives take good courage not to go against the commands of Ahayah as the first woman did. We also get understanding as to why a woman will be saved in childbearing (I Tim 2: 15) because she is brought to the gates of death, which is the wages of sin, and pleads for her life to the Lord offering to be obedient and not obey the lusts of the flesh if she is saved. Hence, when He spares her life as she asked, "if she continues in faith, charity, and holiness with sobriety" as she attested she would do, she will be saved. May the women be encouraged to abide in the fruits of the Spirit even now seeing as though it is the key to their salvation.)

Gen 3:16

Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee.

1Ti 2:14

And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression.
2Co 11:3

But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Chiuwah through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.

1Ti 2:15

Notwithstanding she shall be saved in childbearing, if they continue in faith and charity and holiness with sobriety.

Laws concerning Abortion

Barnabas 19:5

Thou shalt not murder a child by abortion, nor again shalt thou kill it when it is born.

Apocalypse of peter  Chapter 1:26

26 And hard by that place I saw another strait place wherein the discharge and the stench of them that were in torment ran down, and there was as it were a lake there. And there sat women up to their necks in that liquor, and over against them many children which were born out of due time sat crying: and from them went forth rays of fire and smote the women in the eyes: and these were they that conceived out of wedlock (?) and caused abortion

Apocaylpse of Peter Chapter 8

And near by this flame shall be a pit, great and very deep, and into it floweth from above all manner of torment, foulness, and issue. And women are swallowed up therein up to their necks and tormented with great pain. These are they that have caused their children to be born untimely, and have corrupted the work of Alahayim that created them. Over against them shall be another place where sit their children [both] alive, and they cry unto Alahayim. And flashes (lightnings) go forth from those children and pierce the eyes of them that for fornication's sake have caused their destruction. Other men and women shall stand above them, naked; and their children stand over against them in a place of delight, and sigh and cry unto Alahayim because of their parents, saying: These are they that have despised and cursed and transgressed thy commandments and delivered us unto death: they have cursed the angel that formed us, and have hanged us up, and withheld from us the light which thou hast given unto all creatures. And the milk of their mothers flowing from their breasts shall congeal, and from it shall come beasts devouring flesh, which shall come forth and turn and torment them for ever with their husbands, because they forsook the commandments of Alahayim and slew their children. As for their children, they shall be delivered unto the angel Temlakos (i.e. a care-taking angel: see above, in the Fragments). And they that slew them shall be tormented eternally, for Alahayim willeth it so
